Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Tripl3 MMM LLC (“Tripl3 MMM,” “we,” “us”) for your use of the Tripl3 MMM website (tripl3mmmllc.com), the Hustle AI app, and the products, programs and services offered on the website or in the app. By using the website or app, or by buying or signing up for anything, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website or app.

Information on the website — including programs, services, licensing, prices, examples and descriptions — is general information, not a guarantee, and is not legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Programs, services and licensing are provided under the written agreement or checkout terms for each one. Our names, logos, text, images, courses and tools belong to Tripl3 MMM LLC and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

2. Who can use HustleAI

You must be at least 16 to use the free tools. You must be at least 18 — or the age of majority where you live — to make a purchase, start a subscription, sign an agreement, or join a program. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must make any purchase and agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

3. What HustleAI is — and isn’t

Hustle AI provides general business education, planning tools and AI-generated suggestions. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, insurance or real-estate advice, and Tripl3 MMM LLC is not a law firm, accounting firm, bank, investment adviser or insurance company. Talk to a licensed professional before making legal, tax, financial or insurance decisions.

AI-generated content — business matches, plans, prices, scores, contracts, logos and other outputs — can be incomplete or wrong. Review everything before you rely on it. Contracts and legal documents created in the app are drafts for review by a licensed attorney.

4. No guarantee of results

Revenue ranges, Cash-In Scores, price suggestions, forecasts, challenges and examples are estimates for planning — not promises. We do not guarantee that you will earn any amount of money, get customers, get approved by a state, bank, lender or funder, or that your business will succeed. Results depend on your effort, skills, market, location, timing and many factors outside our control. Stories or results from other people are not typical and do not mean you will get the same results.

5. Your information and this device

Your plans, progress and purchases in this version of the app are saved on the device and browser you use. Clearing your browser data, using private browsing, or switching devices can remove them, and we cannot restore information we never received. See the Privacy Policy for what we collect and how we use it.

6. Purchases and prices

Current offers include: Hustle AI Pro ($20/month); the Digital Business Vault ($125 one-time); the $697 Business Launch bundle (business setup, the 30-Day Business Launch, your first month of the Entrepreneur Community, and Hustle AI Pro for 3 months); the Entrepreneur Community ($49/month); the Business Launch Academy ($1,497); the Certified Tripl3 MMM Business Launch Coach program ($2,997: a $1,000 non-refundable deposit at sign-up and the $1,997 balance due 2 weeks before the program starts; optional $297 annual renewal); Tripl3 MMM Services ($3,000–$20,000, by written agreement); and Organizational Licensing ($7,500 with 2 certified coaches, $14,500 with 5, $25,000 with 8, $1,750 for each additional coach beyond the seats included, and annual renewal, required for an organization to continue teaching the Tripl3 MMM business model, for existing licenses only at $500 (2 coaches), $1,300 (5 coaches) or $2,100 (8 coaches), per year, by written agreement; prices negotiated and finalized during the proposal are final, with no further negotiation once the proposal is accepted, and payment is due in full at signing before the licensing cohort begins). Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change; a change never affects a purchase you have already made. Payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe; we do not see or store your full card number. The $697 bundle, the Digital Business Vault and the Business Launch Academy are non-refundable; see the Refund Policy for every product. The free 7-day trial: for your first 7 days, your full 7-day plan is open. Starting on day 8, the Customer Finder, Marketing Studio, Sales Coach and Execution tracker in your plan lock unless you have an active Hustle AI Pro subscription or the $697 bundle’s included Pro months; your 7-Day Launch, Startup Costs, Pricing Calculator and Business Setup stay open. We remind you in the app before the trial ends. The trial is never charged.

7. Automatic renewal

Hustle AI Pro ($20/month) and the Entrepreneur Community ($49/month) are subscriptions that renew automatically each month, charged to the same payment method, until you cancel. With the $697 bundle, your Community membership is included for the first 30 days and then renews at $49/month until you cancel; Hustle AI Pro is included for 3 months and is never charged automatically after that — you choose whether to keep it for $20/month. The 7-day Community trial included with Pro is never charged and simply ends. We show these terms and ask for your consent before you buy.

8. Canceling

You can cancel a subscription anytime in the app or by contacting us. Canceling stops future charges; you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for. See the Refund Policy for refunds.

9. Business setup services

With the $697 bundle, Tripl3 MMM helps register your business (including your state’s standard formation fee as described in the app), obtain an EIN, prepare an operating agreement, guide your business license, and guide your business bank account. We may use third-party filing services. You are responsible for giving accurate information and for decisions about your business. Approval is up to the state, the IRS and your bank. Local permits, publication costs, annual fees, taxes, registered-agent services if required, and other items listed in the app are not included.

10. Community and member content

Be respectful, honest and lawful. No harassment, hate, spam, scams, unlicensed professional advice, or sharing other people’s private information. Anything you post (for example in the Brain Tank or Q&A) must be yours to share, and you give us permission to display it to other members as part of the service. The Brain Tank is for sharing ideas — it is not an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities, and Tripl3 MMM does not broker, vet or recommend investments. Live sessions may be recorded; you’ll be told before recording starts. We may remove content or access for anyone who breaks these rules.

11. Referral program and coach commissions

The Refer & Earn program and the $50 coach commission for Certified Tripl3 MMM Business Launch Coaches follow the rules shown in the app and, for coaches, a written coach agreement. Rewards and commissions apply only to paid, non-refunded purchases by new customers, have no cash value except as stated, and may be changed or ended with notice. Anyone who earns a reward or commission must tell people about it when recommending Hustle AI.

12. Certification

The Certified Tripl3 MMM Business Launch Coach credential is a Tripl3 MMM certification only. It is not a license and is not recognized or accredited by any government agency, licensing board, school or other institution. The only outcome represented is that certified coaches are “Client Ready.” Tripl3 MMM does not provide clients to coaches. The $297 annual renewal is optional and never charged automatically; it is only needed to stay certified while you coach with the Tripl3 MMM business model. If you don’t renew, your certification, badge and coach code become inactive.

13. Services, licensing and partners

Tripl3 MMM Services and Organizational Licensing are confirmed in separate written agreements, which control if they differ from these Terms. Some services involve independent partners — such as a bonded credit-repair company, a licensed life insurance agent, a licensed realtor, or a registered investment adviser — who are responsible for their own services and contracts.

14. Third-party sites and services

The app links to or uses third-party services (for example Stripe, Zoom, Google, the IRS, state agencies, the SBA and SCORE). We are not responsible for their content, policies or availability.

15. Our content

The app, its curriculum, templates, text, designs and software belong to Tripl3 MMM or its licensors. You may use them for your own business. You may not copy, resell, or distribute them, or use them to train or teach others commercially, without our written permission (except as allowed under a coach agreement or organizational license).

16. Prohibited use

Don’t misuse the app — for example by breaking the law, interfering with how it works, trying to get around payments or access limits, creating fake referrals, or using it to deceive others.

17. Disclaimer of warranties

The app and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise the app will be error-free or always available.

18. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Tripl3 MMM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

19. Disputes and governing law

If you have a problem, contact us first — most issues can be solved quickly. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law where you live requires otherwise.

20. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will change the “last updated” date and, for important changes, let you know in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
