This policy covers the Tripl3 MMM website (tripl3mmmllc.com) and the Hustle AI app. The website uses no advertising cookies or trackers; if you email, call or text us, or use a booking or contact link, we use what you send only to reply and to provide what you asked for.

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Tripl3 MMM LLC (“Tripl3 MMM,” “we”) handles information on its website and in the Hustle AI app.

2. Information you enter

When you use the app you may enter your age, available cash, skills, equipment, location, hours, experience, income goal, business details, plans, answers in programs, and similar information. In this version of the app, this information is saved on your own device and browser.

3. AI processing

To create your matches, plans and other AI results, the information needed for that request is sent to our AI service provider to generate the response. We ask that you do not enter Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, passwords, or sensitive health information.

4. Information you send us

When you tap buttons to email or text us — for example business setup details, support requests, seat requests, consultation or proposal requests, or reward claims — you send that information to us directly from your own email or messaging app. We use it to respond and provide the service you asked for. We never ask you to send a Social Security number by email or text.

5. Payments

Purchases are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details under its own privacy policy; we receive confirmation of your purchase and limited details such as your name, email and the amount, but not your full card number. Referral and coach codes you enter are sent with your purchase so the right person gets credit.

6. Location and weather

Hustle Radar and similar features use the location you type in (and weather information from our weather providers for that location) to suggest nearby opportunities.

7. How we use information

To provide and improve the app; generate your results; deliver the products and services you buy; respond to you; verify referrals, rewards and commissions; prevent fraud and misuse; and meet legal obligations.

8. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the app (such as AI, payment, email, video-meeting and filing services), with partners you choose to be connected to (such as a credit-repair partner, licensed insurance agent or realtor), when the law requires it, or with your permission. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

9. Text messages

If you text us, we may text you back about your request. Message and data rates may apply. We will only send marketing texts with your consent, and you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.

10. Cookies and tracking

This version of the app does not use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers. It uses your browser’s local storage to save your progress on your device.

11. Keeping and deleting information

Information saved on your device stays there until you clear it — you can delete it by clearing your browser’s site data. Information you send us is kept as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete information you sent us by contacting us.

12. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know, access, correct or delete your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, contact us. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.

13. Children

Hustle AI is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Users aged 16–17 may use free tools, but purchases must be made by an adult.

14. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information we receive, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

15. Changes

We may update this policy and will change the “last updated” date when we do.
