How to ask for a refund
Email tripl3mmmllc@gmail.com or text 929-480-3437 with your name, the email used at checkout, what you bought and the date. We reply within 3 business days. Unless this policy says a purchase is non-refundable, refund requests are reviewed case by case and approval is not guaranteed. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to post them.
Pro — $20/month
Cancel anytime; you keep Pro through the end of the month you paid for. We don’t refund partial months. If you were charged in error or forgot to cancel, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review it.
Entrepreneur Community — $49/month
Cancel anytime; you keep access through the end of the month you paid for, and Member Support remains available for 7 days after. We don’t refund partial months. If you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review it.
$697 Business Launch bundle — non-refundable
The $697 bundle is non-refundable because your purchase gives you immediate access to the 30-Day Business Launch. After the first 30 days, Entrepreneur Community charges ($49/month) follow the Community policy above, and if you choose to keep Hustle AI Pro after your 3 included months, it follows the Pro policy above.
Business Launch Academy — $1,497 — non-refundable
The Academy is self-paced and gives you immediate access to the curriculum, so it is non-refundable.
Certified Tripl3 MMM Business Launch Coach — $2,997
Tuition is paid as a $1,000 non-refundable deposit when you sign up, with the $1,997 balance due in full 2 weeks before your certification program starts. A refund of the balance is considered upon review only, and only if you ask before your first cohort session. No refunds are offered after your first cohort session, to protect Tripl3 MMM’s intellectual property in the certification courses. The $297 annual renewal is optional; if you choose to renew, refund requests for it are reviewed case by case.
Digital Business Vault — $125 — non-refundable
The Vault is non-refundable because your purchase gives you immediate access to all of our forms, tools and intellectual property.
Tripl3 MMM Services and Organizational Licensing
Refunds, deposits and cancellations follow your written agreement.
Partner services
Services billed directly by partners (such as the credit-repair partner) follow the partner’s own refund terms.
Referrals and coach commissions
Refunded purchases don’t count toward referral rewards. If a coach commission was already paid on a purchase that is later refunded, that $50 is deducted from the coach’s next payout.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we can usually resolve it faster. Access to what was purchased may be paused while a dispute is open.
