Recruitment Terms

Effective July 21, 2025.

Purpose

These terms cover the $1.00 administrative fee paid by people who register with Tripl3 MMM LLC to receive information about possible contracting or recruiting opportunities with Globe Life’s National Income Division.

We are independent

Tripl3 MMM LLC is independent of Globe Life. We are not Globe Life’s employer, recruiter or agent. Globe Life alone makes all hiring and contracting decisions.

What the fee covers

The fee covers only internal registration and processing. It does not guarantee an interview, licensing approval, employment, contracting or any income.

No refunds

The $1.00 fee is non-refundable regardless of the outcome or whether you continue.

Your decisions

You are responsible for evaluating any opportunity and its requirements, including licensing and background checks and their costs. You may stop participating at any time.

Limits of liability

Neither Tripl3 MMM nor Globe Life is responsible for losses related to a denied contract or job, licensing or background-check costs, income expectations, or your choice to participate.

Your information

We use the information you give us only for administration and to complete your referral submission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Nevada law, and disputes will be resolved in Nevada courts.

Agreement

By paying the fee, submitting your registration and checking “I agree,” you accept these terms.
