The Empowerment Architect The Visionary. The Strategist. The Builder. The Man Behind the Mission.
From breaking cycles to building empires. From survival to ownership. From vision to generational legacy.
A Man Whose Beginning Could Never Define His Ending
Some people are born into opportunity. Others inherit wealth, connections, and the resources necessary to pursue their dreams. And then there are those of us who must learn to create opportunities where none appear to exist. I am one of those people. My name is Zakunda-ze Handberry, and my story is not one of privilege, inherited success, or a carefully planned journey to entrepreneurship.
It is a story of survival, transformation, vision, relentless determination, and the unwavering belief that a man’s circumstances should never determine the limits of his potential. I was born in San Diego, California, and raised in Bushwick, Brooklyn, New York, where the realities of life taught me lessons that no classroom could ever fully explain.
Growing up, I witnessed an environment where survival often took priority over long-term planning, where choices could have lifelong consequences, and where opportunities were not always equally available to everyone. I learned early that the world does not automatically reward potential.
Sometimes, you have to fight to discover it within yourself.
Sometimes, you have to create your own path.
And sometimes, before you can build the life you deserve, you must first confront the life you’ve been living. For nearly 25 years, I found myself caught in a cycle of incarceration, setbacks, and circumstances that repeatedly interrupted the future I wanted for myself.
I knew what it felt like to lose years that could never be recovered.
I knew the frustration of watching the world move forward while my own life seemed to stand still.
I understood the consequences of poor decisions, the weight of regret, and the painful reality of recognizing that the greatest obstacle between you and your future can sometimes be yourself. But what many people fail to understand is that even when someone is physically confined, their mind does not have to remain imprisoned.
And mine never stopped searching for a way forward.
Deep within me was a determination that refused to disappear.
A belief that I had something more to offer.
Ideas that continued to develop.
A hunger to understand money, business, opportunity, and the systems that allow some people to build wealth while others spend their entire lives struggling to survive.
I didn’t always have the resources to pursue those ideas.
I didn’t always have the freedom to act on them.
But I had something that would eventually become one of my greatest assets. I had vision. And I refused to believe that the story of my life had already been written.
The Greatest Freedom Begins in the Mind
There came a point in my journey when I understood something that fundamentally changed how I viewed myself, my circumstances, and my future.
The greatest prison isn’t always the one built with bars. Sometimes, it’s the one built within your own mind.
For years, I had experienced what it meant to be physically confined. But true transformation required me to confront the patterns of thinking that had contributed to my circumstances.
I had to recognize that accountability wasn’t punishment.
It was power.
Discipline wasn’t restriction.
It was preparation.
And changing my mindset wasn’t simply about becoming a better person. It was about creating the foundation necessary to become the man, husband, father, leader, and entrepreneur I knew I was capable of becoming. I began to understand that success is not something that simply happens to you.
It is something you prepare for.
Something you work toward.
Something you build through the decisions you make when nobody is watching, the sacrifices you accept when nobody is applauding, and the commitment you maintain when circumstances give you every reason to quit.
My transformation was neither easy nor immediate.
It required uncomfortable honesty.
It required responsibility for the decisions I had made.
It required learning how to control my reactions, redirect my energy, and think beyond my immediate circumstances.
Most importantly, it required believing that my future was worth fighting for, even when my past suggested otherwise.
I stopped counting the years I had lost and started making the years ahead of me count.
I stopped allowing my history to become an excuse and started using it as an education. That shift in thinking became the foundation of everything I would eventually create. It also gave birth to three principles that now guide my work and define my company:
Mindset. Mastery. Momentum.
Because before you can change your financial condition, you must change your relationship with possibility. Before you can master a business, you must learn to master yourself. And before you can create lasting success, you must develop the discipline to keep moving forward when progress becomes difficult.
The Entrepreneur Was There Long Before the Company Existed

I believe some entrepreneurs discover business. Others discover that they have been thinking like entrepreneurs their entire lives. For me, entrepreneurship was never simply about registering a company, designing a logo, or putting a title behind my name. It was about recognizing problems, identifying opportunities, developing solutions, and understanding how ideas could be transformed into something valuable.
I’ve always been a thinker.
A strategist.
Someone who questions how things work, why they work, and how they can be improved.
When I see a problem, my mind naturally searches for a solution.
When I see an opportunity, I begin considering the possibilities.
When someone tells me something cannot be done, my first instinct is to ask why—and then begin figuring out how.
That mentality has shaped my approach to business and to life. I don’t believe that a lack of resources automatically means a lack of opportunity. I believe that creativity, knowledge, preparation, relationships, and intelligent execution can create opportunities that money alone cannot guarantee.
I understand the value of calculated risks.
I also understand the importance of learning from the risks that don’t work out.
Because entrepreneurship is not simply about being bold enough to begin. It’s about having the courage to continue, the humility to learn, and the discipline to adjust your strategy when circumstances change. My ideas were never limited to one business, one industry, or one opportunity. I envisioned businesses that could help people become financially independent.
Programs that could provide practical knowledge to aspiring entrepreneurs. Resources that could help individuals overcome barriers to business ownership. Systems that could turn everyday problems into income-generating opportunities. And organizations that could help people who had been forgotten, overlooked, or counted out rebuild their lives.
At the time, many of these ideas existed only in my mind.
There were no investors standing behind me.
No established company carrying my name.
No empire already built.
There was simply a man with a vision and a determination to turn that vision into reality.
I didn’t have an empire to inherit. I had an empire to imagine—and the responsibility to begin building it.
Tripl3 MMM LLC: The Vision That Refused to Remain an Idea

Mindset. Mastery. Momentum.
These three words are far more than the meaning behind the name Tripl3 MMM LLC. They represent the personal philosophy that helped me transform my own life and the business philosophy I believe can help others transform theirs.
I founded Tripl3 MMM because I saw a disconnect between ambition and access.
I saw people with ideas but no clear understanding of how to execute them.
People who wanted to establish businesses but didn’t know where to begin. Individuals who worked hard every day yet had little understanding of how business ownership, financial education, credit, assets, and strategic planning could change their financial futures. I saw people who had the desire to succeed but lacked the guidance, support, and practical resources necessary to move forward. And I recognized something important.
Talent is everywhere. Opportunity is not.
I wanted to help close that gap. But I wasn’t interested in creating a company that simply told people to believe in themselves. I’ve lived enough life to understand that inspiration without information can leave people feeling motivated but still stuck. I wanted to create something practical. Something that could help people move from uncertainty to clarity.
From ideas to action.
From wanting a business to understanding what it takes to build one.
From chasing income to learning how to create ownership.
That’s how the vision for Tripl3 MMM LLC began taking shape.
Not as just another consulting company, but as the foundation for a much larger entrepreneurial ecosystem.
A place where education meets execution.
Where innovation meets opportunity.
Where people can access the strategies, guidance, tools, and mentorship necessary to begin building businesses with purpose.
Today, that vision continues to evolve through our business development services, entrepreneurial education, digital resources, mentorship opportunities, and emerging technology initiatives. But none of it started with a building full of employees or a boardroom of investors. It started with an idea, a strategy, and my refusal to let limited resources become a permanent limitation.
The Mind Behind the Strategy

Being the Founder and CEO of Tripl3 MMM means more to me than carrying a leadership title.
It means taking responsibility for turning an idea into a functioning business.
It means thinking beyond what exists today and anticipating what may be possible tomorrow.
It means recognizing opportunities, evaluating risks, developing strategies, and making decisions that position the company for long-term growth.
It means having the confidence to pursue ideas that others may not immediately understand.
And it means accepting that leadership requires much more than having the final word. Leadership requires vision, responsibility, consistency, adaptability, and execution. I am naturally ambitious. I’m constantly thinking about ways to expand, improve, develop, and create.
One opportunity leads me to see another.
One business concept becomes the foundation for an entirely new idea.
One challenge forces me to develop a stronger strategy.
My mind doesn’t stop working simply because the business day has ended. I think about the entrepreneur who has a skill but doesn’t know how to monetize it.
The individual who wants to build credit but doesn’t understand the importance of financial preparation.
The person who dreams of leaving a traditional job but needs a realistic plan to generate income.
The family that wants to create something its children can eventually inherit.
And the countless people who never pursue entrepreneurship because they believe success requires connections, capital, or knowledge they don’t possess.
Those are the problems I want Tripl3 MMM to help address.
I don’t want our company to become known simply for selling business services.
I want it to become known for developing solutions.
For identifying opportunities.
For turning complex processes into understandable steps.
And for helping people realize that they may be closer to building something meaningful than they ever imagined. My strength has always been seeing what something can become before it becomes anything at all.
But vision alone does not build a company.
Execution does.
That’s why I place such a strong emphasis on strategy, accountability, resourcefulness, and taking action.
I believe in dreaming big enough to challenge your circumstances while working strategically enough to bring those dreams within reach.
I am not afraid of starting small.
I’m not afraid of learning something new.
And I’m not afraid of rebuilding a strategy when a better opportunity becomes available. Because the goal isn’t simply to appear successful. The goal is to build something that works, grows, creates value, and outlives the person who started it.
: Turning Entrepreneurial Intelligence Into Opportunity

As Tripl3 MMM evolved, so did my vision for how we could empower entrepreneurs. I began looking beyond traditional consulting and thinking about how technology could help us reach people who might never be able to afford extensive business coaching or professional development services.
I saw the growing possibilities of artificial intelligence and recognized its potential to simplify business planning, organize information, identify opportunities, and support the everyday entrepreneur. But I didn’t want technology that simply generated impressive answers. I wanted technology that could help people take meaningful action.
That vision became a driving force behind the development of Hustle AI, our emerging AI-powered entrepreneurship platform. Hustle AI represents a natural extension of my philosophy. The idea that you do not have to begin with unlimited money, advanced business knowledge, or the perfect connections to start exploring entrepreneurship.
You need the right information.
You need to recognize your available resources.
You need a realistic strategy.
And you need the willingness to execute.
Our vision for Hustle AI is to help aspiring entrepreneurs discover business opportunities aligned with their circumstances, develop actionable launch plans, explore pricing and profitability, create marketing materials, identify potential customers, and develop the confidence to begin. It’s about helping people move beyond endlessly researching possibilities and start taking steps toward ownership.
To me, artificial intelligence is not a replacement for ambition, creativity, or human determination. It’s a tool that can amplify them. And I believe innovative tools should not be reserved only for people who already have wealth or established businesses. Someone starting with nothing but an idea deserves access to tools that can help them build something extraordinary. That belief is at the heart of Hustle AI.
And it reflects the direction I envision for Tripl3 MMM: a company that combines practical entrepreneurship, strategic business development, financial education, technology, and mentorship to create meaningful opportunities.
We are not simply trying to participate in the future of entrepreneurship.
We are working to help more people find their place in it.
The Lost and Forgotten Network: Building Opportunity Beyond Business

There is another part of my vision that cannot be separated from who I am. My commitment to people who have experienced hardship, instability, rejection, incarceration, homelessness, or circumstances that have left them feeling invisible.
I know what it means to be judged by your past.
To have doors closed before you’re given an opportunity to demonstrate your potential.
To feel as though society has already decided what your future should look like.
And I know how difficult it can be to rebuild when the world continues reminding you of everything you’ve been through. Those experiences helped shape my vision for the Lost and Forgotten Network—L.A.F. Network. I envisioned an organization that would recognize people not simply for the challenges they face, but for the futures they still have the ability to create.
An organization rooted in dignity, accountability, practical support, and renewed opportunity. Through L.A.F. Network, our mission includes developing programs and pathways that address homelessness prevention, reentry support, personal development, anger management and behavioral growth, veteran housing, and the needs of individuals and families experiencing serious life challenges.
I understand that rebuilding a life requires more than encouraging someone to make better decisions.
People need stability.
They need resources.
They need guidance.
They need opportunities to develop new skills.
And sometimes they simply need someone willing to recognize the humanity behind their circumstances. The vision behind L.A.F. Network is personal. It comes from understanding how quickly a person’s life can change and how difficult it can be to find your way back. But it also comes from knowing that setbacks do not erase potential. I want individuals who have been overlooked to recognize that their lives still have value.
That growth remains possible.
That accountability can coexist with compassion.
And that what happened yesterday does not have to determine what becomes possible tomorrow. Tripl3 MMM was created to help people build businesses and opportunities. L.A.F. Network was envisioned to help people rebuild stability, dignity, purpose, and possibility. They are different organizations with distinct missions. But both came from the same fundamental belief:
No human being should be permanently defined by where they started, what they’ve experienced, or how far they’ve fallen.
Building From Nothing Requires More Than Ambition
There is a part of entrepreneurship that rarely appears in the polished photographs, motivational speeches, or success stories people see online.
It’s the uncertainty.
The sacrifice.
The long hours of planning.
The disappointment when a promising idea doesn’t produce the result you expected.
The financial pressure.
The adjustments.
The difficult conversations.
And the responsibility of believing in something before there is visible evidence that it will succeed.
I understand that reality.
I’ve experienced starting over when resources were limited and the path forward was anything but certain.
I’ve known what it means to have to rebuild from the ground up.
To face circumstances that might convince someone else that the dream was too ambitious or the obstacles too great. But I’ve learned that your current condition and your ultimate destination are not necessarily the same thing. There was a time when simply establishing stability required tremendous effort.
Today, I can look at the progress we’ve made—building a home life, developing our businesses, creating new opportunities, and pursuing a vision larger than ourselves—and recognize how much determination it has taken to reach this point. Not because everything has been easy. But because we refused to allow difficult circumstances to become the final chapter.
There were times when the business existed more clearly in my imagination than in our financial reality.
Times when the vision was bigger than the resources available to support it.
Times when the next step required research, creativity, patience, and a willingness to take calculated risks.
But I kept thinking.
I kept planning.
I kept developing ideas.
And I kept searching for a way forward.
I believe one of the most important qualities an entrepreneur can develop is the ability to see possibility where other people see limitation.
That doesn’t mean ignoring reality.
It means confronting reality with a strategy.
It means recognizing that you may not have everything you need today, but you can begin preparing for what you intend to build tomorrow.
It means refusing to confuse temporary difficulty with permanent defeat.
And it means understanding that sometimes the greatest business investment you will ever make is the investment you make in your own knowledge, discipline, and ability to execute.
A Visionary, a Husband, a Father, a Son, and a Partner in Purpose

Behind every business decision I make is a larger question.
What am I building, and who will benefit from it?
My vision extends beyond professional accomplishments.
It is rooted in family, partnership, responsibility, and the desire to create something meaningful for the generations that follow. I am a husband and a father. Those roles carry a significance that no business title could ever replace. They remind me that legacy is not simply about financial wealth.
It is about what you teach.
What you demonstrate.
What you overcome.
What you create.
And the example you leave behind.
My wife, Kadie-Ann Bryan, is not simply my partner in life. She is my partner in the continued development and execution of our shared vision. Together, we bring different strengths, experiences, perspectives, and abilities to the work we are building. My mind is constantly developing ideas, identifying opportunities, creating strategies, and considering how to take our businesses to the next level.
Kadie-Ann brings her own leadership experience, organizational strengths, business knowledge, and commitment to helping transform those ideas into structured, sustainable operations. Our partnership is built on more than agreement. It’s built on a shared understanding of where we’ve been, what we’ve overcome, and the future we are determined to create.
We challenge each other.
We encourage each other.
We make adjustments.
We learn.
And we continue moving toward the goals we’ve established together. There have been moments when the vision required us to believe in possibilities that had not yet taken physical form. But that’s what building something from the ground up requires.
Faith in the mission.
Trust in the partnership.
And a willingness to keep working when the results have not yet caught up with the effort. Together, we are developing Tripl3 MMM, expanding the vision for Hustle AI, and working toward a future in which our businesses and community initiatives can make a lasting difference. I am proud of what we are building together. But I am equally proud of the growth, commitment, and resilience required to get here.
Because an empire isn’t built by ideas alone. It is built by people who are willing to stand behind those ideas, make difficult decisions, and continue doing the work.
For me, legacy is not about leaving behind a name that people remember. It’s about leaving behind something that continues creating opportunities long after I’m gone.
Redefining What Success Really Means
For a long time, society has taught people to measure success through visible accomplishments.
The car you drive.
The house you own.
The money in your bank account.
The title attached to your name.
The size of your business.
And while financial stability and business achievement matter, I have come to understand that success carries a much deeper meaning.
Success is developing the courage to change your circumstances.
Success is recognizing when your thinking must evolve.
Success is accepting responsibility for your decisions and refusing to allow your mistakes to define your future.
Success is keeping your word when doing so is difficult.
It’s choosing discipline over temporary satisfaction.
It’s learning from failure instead of hiding from it.
It’s being willing to start again without losing sight of the destination.
And sometimes, success is simply reaching a point in your life where you can look in the mirror and recognize that you are no longer the person you once were.
I am proud to be an entrepreneur.
I’m proud to be a founder.
I’m proud to be building organizations that reflect my values, experiences, and vision.
But my greatest accomplishment is not a company registration, a business idea, or a title.
It is the fact that I chose to become the architect of my future instead of remaining a prisoner of my past.
That decision changed everything.
The Legacy I’m Determined to Build

When I envision the future of Tripl3 MMM LLC, I don’t simply see a successful consulting company.
I see an entrepreneurial ecosystem that can help people recognize opportunities they once overlooked.
I see individuals gaining the confidence and practical knowledge necessary to establish businesses.
I see families learning how to create income, develop assets, and pursue long-term financial stability.
I see business owners gaining access to education, technology, strategic support, and mentorship that can help them strengthen their foundations.
I see a community of entrepreneurs who understand that success requires more than motivation.
It requires preparation.
Discipline.
Execution.
And the determination to continue growing.
When I envision the future of L.A.F. Network, I see individuals being given meaningful opportunities to rebuild. I see people who have experienced homelessness, incarceration, instability, or personal hardship discovering that their lives still hold tremendous potential. I see pathways toward housing stability, personal development, renewed purpose, and greater independence.
And when I envision the future of Hustle AI, I see technology becoming a bridge between ambition and opportunity. A tool that helps people recognize that entrepreneurship does not have to remain a distant dream.
My goals are ambitious.
I know that.
But I also know that every major accomplishment begins as something that does not yet exist.
Someone has to imagine it.
Someone has to believe in it.
Someone has to develop the strategy.
And someone has to be bold enough to begin.
I intend to be that someone.
Not because I believe success is guaranteed.
But because I refuse to let the fear of failure become the reason I never pursue what is possible.
The Empowerment Architect: More Than a Title
People may look at my life and see the years I spent incarcerated.
They may see the challenges I’ve faced.
They may recognize the setbacks, the difficult decisions, or the obstacles I had to overcome.
But I see something more.
I see the lessons that shaped my thinking.
I see the experiences that strengthened my determination.
I see the vision that continued developing even when circumstances made progress difficult.
And I see the man I made the conscious decision to become.
The Empowerment Architect is more than a title.
It represents my belief that human beings have the ability to redesign their lives through accountability, knowledge, discipline, opportunity, and purposeful action.
An architect does not begin with a finished building.
An architect begins with a vision.
A blueprint.
A plan.
And an understanding that what exists in the imagination must eventually be supported by structure, preparation, and execution.
That’s how I approach business.
That’s how I approach leadership.
And that’s how I approach life.
I am not interested in merely telling people that their lives can change.
I want to help them understand how to begin changing them.
I want to challenge the thinking that keeps people trapped in cycles of dependency, fear, and missed opportunity.
I want to demonstrate that a man can acknowledge his past without surrendering his future to it.
That someone who has lost years can still create something meaningful with the years ahead.
That a person who once struggled to maintain stability can develop the vision and discipline necessary to build businesses, lead organizations, and create opportunities for others. And that no matter how many times life has forced you to start over, you can still choose to build something extraordinary.
I do not claim to have all the answers.
I am still learning.
Still evolving.
Still building.
Still developing new strategies and pursuing new possibilities.
And that’s part of what I want people to understand.
Transformation is not a destination you reach once. It is a commitment you renew through the way you live, lead, and build every day.
My Message to Anyone Who Has Ever Been Counted Out
If there is one message I want my life and my work to communicate, it is this:
Do not confuse where you are with where you are capable of going.
Do not allow other people’s limited expectations to become the boundaries of your ambition.
Do not let mistakes convince you that your future no longer holds value.
And do not believe that your dream is impossible simply because you cannot yet see the resources necessary to accomplish it.

Learn.
Prepare.
Ask questions.
Develop your skills.
Build relationships.
Study opportunities.
Take responsibility.
Make calculated decisions.
And most importantly, begin.
Because you cannot build a future while remaining permanently attached to the limitations of your past.
I spent too many years learning how valuable time truly is.
Today, I refuse to waste the time I have remaining.
I have businesses to build.
Ideas to develop.
People to empower.
Communities to serve.
And a legacy to create.
I know what it feels like to have your freedom taken away.
I also know what it means to discover that the most powerful freedom you possess is the ability to change your mind, your direction, and your future.
I do not share my story to glorify the struggle.
I share it to demonstrate the possibility of transformation.
I don’t want people to look at me and see only what I survived.
I want them to see what I decided to build.
A Final Word From the Man Behind the Mission

I am Zakunda-ze Handberry.
A man who has made mistakes.
A man who has experienced loss, confinement, hardship, and the consequences of difficult choices.
But also a man of vision.
A man of ideas.
A strategist.
A risk-taker.
A builder.
A husband.
A father.
An entrepreneur.
And a leader determined to turn his life’s experiences into opportunities that can positively impact others. I am the mind behind the original vision for Tripl3 MMM LLC and the Lost and Forgotten Network. I am committed to developing the ideas, strategies, businesses, and initiatives that will allow those visions to grow into meaningful, lasting institutions.
I am proud of the journey that has brought me to this point, not because every chapter was something to celebrate, but because every chapter contributed to the lessons that shaped who I am today.
My past taught me the consequences of poor decisions.
My transformation taught me the value of accountability.
My entrepreneurial journey continues to teach me the importance of strategy, risk, resilience, and execution.
My family reminds me why the future matters.
And my vision reminds me that the work is far from finished.
I was not born into an empire.
I was not handed a blueprint for success.
I did not inherit the opportunities I am working to create.
I started with a vision, the determination to change my circumstances, and the courage to begin building what did not yet exist.
And I am still building.
Because for me, this journey is about far more than personal achievement. It’s about showing people that no matter how challenging their beginning, they still have the power to become the architects of something greater.
A stronger mindset.
A better future.
A business.
A family legacy.
A new generation of opportunity.
I am Zakunda-ze Handberry.
The Empowerment Architect.
I don’t just envision possibilities. I develop strategies to pursue them.
I don’t just believe in second chances. I believe in building systems that help create new opportunities.
And I don’t just want to leave a legacy. I want to build something that empowers others to create their own.
FROM BREAKING CYCLES TO BUILDING LEGACIES.
FROM IDEAS TO EXECUTION.
FROM MINDSET TO MASTERY TO MOMENTUM.
The past may have shaped my journey, but it will never define the limits of what I build next.
